UNAM.<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La <span style=\"color: #0ed7f2;\"><strong>Facultad de Medicina de la UNAM<\/strong><\/span>, decidi\u00f3 de acuerdo a las pol\u00edticas de salud p\u00fablica implementadas a nivel nacional,\u00a0 migrar de un entorno presencial a un entorno virtual la formaci\u00f3n de los estudiantes de la carrera de M\u00e9dico Cirujano\u00a0 en marzo del 2020.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Basados en el modelo de Kern para el dise\u00f1o e implementaci\u00f3n curricular, se dise\u00f1aron pr\u00e1cticas de simulaci\u00f3n a distancia <strong>(5 tele-simualciones)<\/strong> como complemento para el desarrollo de habilidades psicomotrices de la asignatura de <strong>Integraci\u00f3n cl\u00ednico b\u00e1sica I<\/strong>\u00a0 <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(con las tem\u00e1ticas de s\u00edndrome metab\u00f3lico, insuficiencia cardiaca, COVID, comunicaci\u00f3n de malas noticias, patolog\u00eda prost\u00e1tica);\u00a0 y 5\u00a0 para la asignatura de <strong>Integraci\u00f3n cl\u00ednico b\u00e1sica II<\/strong> (COVID, dolor tor\u00e1cico, paciente con mastalgia, control del ni\u00f1o sano, trastornos hipertensivos en el embarazo),<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> la estructura de la actividad se llev\u00f3 acabo con <em>prebriefing<\/em>, simulaci\u00f3n y <em>debriefing<\/em>, con una hora para cada tele-simulaci\u00f3n, la experiencia en simulaci\u00f3n se eval\u00fao por parte de los estudiantes mediante\u00a0 el <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">instrumento Simulation Effectiveness Tool &#8211; Modified (SET-M).<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hasta el d\u00eda de hoy,\u00a0 se han llevado a cabo\u00a0 cerca de <span style=\"color: #0ed7f2;\"><strong>2,000 escenarios de simulaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span>, atendiendo a \u00a0 un aproximado de <span style=\"color: #0ed7f2;\"><strong>500 estudiantes de manera semanal<\/strong><\/span>,\u00a0 si bien la tele-simulaci\u00f3n presenta barreras de implementaci\u00f3n, ha resultado ser una actividad\u00a0 que logra complementar la formaci\u00f3n de nuestros estudiantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dr. Hugo Erick Olvera Cort\u00e9s | Facultad de Medicina &#8211;
